Refund Policy
Last updated October 2, 2026
The short version
- Not happy with Pro? Ask within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
- Email us with the address you used at checkout. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- After a refund, Pro and your license key are switched off on every browser.
- This policy doesn't affect your rights under consumer law.
This summary is for convenience. The full text below is what applies.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
Gloss Pro is a one-time purchase. If it isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, for any reason. The free version is always available, so you can also try everything before you buy.
2. How to request a refund
Email dhirajkavuri@gmail.com from the email address you used at checkout, and include your order or payment ID (it’s on the receipt from Dodo Payments). You can also reply to your receipt email.
3. How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. We aim to process requests within 2 business days; your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show the refund.
Once a refund is issued, Pro access and the license key from that purchase are deactivated on all browsers. Exports you already made are yours to keep.
Launch-price purchases are refunded in full. A refunded launch purchase may not reopen a launch-price spot.
4. After 14 days
After 14 days, purchases are generally non-refundable. We’ll still make exceptions where the law requires it, or if Pro has a serious problem we can’t fix — just email us.
5. Chargebacks
If something’s wrong, please contact us first — it’s faster than a dispute with your bank. Payments that are charged back are treated like refunds: the related Pro access and license key are deactivated.
6. Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and doesn’t limit, any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live. See also our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
